Royal Icing A grease-free icing often used on gingerbread houses, as well as for decorating fondant covered cakes.
Fondant Icing Also called sugarpaste, this is an icing with the consistency of dough. It is rolled out and draped over the cake for a seamless and incredibly smooth look. A thin layer of buttercream adheres it to the cake.
Filling You can add a vanilla pastry cream filling, raspberry or cherry filling to your wedding cake. The additional cost is dependant on the size of your cake.
