Dry Fondant

This product can be used in chocolates for fillings or to cover mini cakes, petite fours, and cookies for a nice smooth finish.

Size: 700 g / 25 oz.

Directions: Add approximately 10 ml or 2 teaspoons of hot water for every 100 g of dry fondant mix. Product may seem thick and grainy until all ingredients have blended and dissolved entirely.

Depending on the application product can be warmed up to 120°F or 48°C  and or thin down with water, alcohol or flavorings to desired consistency.
